PAUL Makonda, Kinondoni District Commissioner, has announced a new initiative to establish a specific neighborhood which shall be diverse businesses when dealing with the sale of strong drinks and cool bars (bar).
Makonda has revealed the deal yesterday in Dar es Salaam as well which is being implemented on the initiative of teachers of primary and secondary free travel by public transport (bus) started officially.
The head of the district said the program is a continuation of the innovative and risk of development plans which largely has been lacking among Tanzanians and making the pace of development in the country to be contrary to the expectations of citizens.
"Kinondoni I plan to create a special neighborhood with bar only to people they want to drink the local brew to go without kubugudhiwa. I wait for just a moment because it is impossible to reach each area should be behind bars until mosques and churches back, "explained Makonda.
Kinondoni District is the most densely populated district in the country where according to the Census of Population and Housing in 2012 the district has a total population of 1.7 million and are now reaching an estimated 1.9 million people.
